This page covers the Emberly website (emberlylove.com) while the app is in development. A full privacy policy for the Emberly iPhone app will be published here before the app launches.

What we collect

• Waitlist: the email address you give us, the language of the page, which version of the page you saw, and the date.
• Visit count: one anonymous record per browser with the page language, which version of the page you saw, whether you arrived without a link, and the date. It contains no name, email or IP address.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools on this website. Your browser keeps two small local values: which page version you saw and your language choice.

Why

To send you one email when Emberly launches, and to learn which message on this page works better.

Where it is stored

In Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), in the United States. Only Emberly can read it. We never sell or share it.

How long

Until launch, plus up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your email at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data (LGPD in Brazil, GDPR in Europe). Write to hello@emberlylove.com and we answer within 15 days.
